Crystal clear valve improvement

As valve specialists we live by the rule that anything can be improved, especially in complex environments like Oil & Gas, Power & Energy, Petrochemical or the Renewable Industry. You just need to understand how things work, how people operate them and what the current state of technology has to offer. Continuous improvement can start small, with your present needs. Replacing a few valves is the perfect opportunity to initiate a cycle of improvements with immediate impact on operational excellence. Before you know it, continuous improvement is your second nature and a game changer for uptime and revenue. We see the next generation in everything from a valve to a skid or a factory, but also in people, companies, and supply chains. What next generation is on your wish list?

Our favorite question is ‘why?’

Engineering Services

Valves are a small part of your asset, but essential for smooth operations. The way valves are integrated in production facilities today is often far from efficient. The ideal approach is to involve NexGen Solutionz early, in the FEED phase of a project, but we’re skilled in reviewing and optimizing any existing set-up. We live and breathe technical drawings and specifications. Our solutions combine the skills of valve selection, simplification, and material selection, with smart sourcing and standardization opportunities.

Supply Chain Alignment

Our goal is to maximize the power of the supply chain and make it more efficient. We select the right manufacturers for your requests and work with them to deliver the required valves as planned. We standardize where possible. To make the supply chain more efficient, we can agree to hold physical stock, work with pricelists, set up a tailor-made easy-to-order process, and help you with spare parts management.

Training Services & Workshops

Sharing knowledge is standard practice at NexGen Solutionz, but we can also deliver specific product trainings to boost expertise in your organization or facilitate a dedicated workshop to dive into your company’s potential of continuous improvement.
